Ouafa Ricaud

Ouafa is a Fintech leader who has been with Finastra for over 15 years in various roles and locations. She is passionate about driving high-impact, high-quality strategic and operational initiatives that drive up revenue and productivity. She is currently Chief of Staff for the Product, Platform and Technology organization.

Ouafa graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, and has a Master of Science in Economics and Applied Mathematics.

Audrey Mirochnikoff

Audrey began her career in New York City working in law and finance where she stayed for over 10 years. She left Wall Street to pursue her passion in fitness and helped to grow a boutique fitness startup in NYC. Audrey is on the board of the Beach Barrier Preservation Association of West Hampton Dunes, NY a non-profit group founded to educate and help protect the beaches, bays, wetlands and wildlife of the surrounding area.

Audrey is passionate about conservation and bringing awareness to the dire threat of climate change.

Boris Moutier

Boris is a seasoned investor, currently Japan and Asia Chief Investment Officer for AXA based in Tokyo.In this capacity, Boris is supervising investment of insurance companies in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Korea and South East Asia.

Boris has joined AXA in 2002 and held several senior positions in financial engineering, trading, relationship management and insurance investments.He has graduated in statistics, economics and finance from E.N.S.A.E., a leading French institution of higher learning.

Philippe Castelanelli

Philippe spent the last 20 years of his career in an international bank as a senior executive (MD) with responsibilities covering General Management, Finance, Risk, Control, Operations and Technology, designing, and executing multi-country projects and strategy across geographically dispersed operating units. He has developed an excellent understanding of the macro and micro economic of digital, and sustainable finance.

Philippe holds a master’s degree in Management International and a BA in Economics and Politics.

Junior studying Geography Environment and Sustainability and Economics, with a keen interest in green finance, consulting, marketing, and business development.
